We would like to introduce you to the new development of our partners – the compact strobe Dragon Strobe. This device combines the functions of a classic strobe and a light decorative effect.
There are two groups of sources on the front part. You will find a strip of 42 cool white LEDs of 5 watts each in the center, which provide strobe functionality. But the feature of the device is two stripes along the edges. These are 80 full-color RGB LEDs forming 6 groups with individual control. In addition to the ability to create its own effects, the device has pre-configured macros that can be activated and controlled via DMX, such as gradient, ripple, gallop, etc.
It is interesting to note that, unlike most “flat” LED strobes, the Dragon Strobe has a rounded glass and flow restrictors on the edges, which provides a relatively narrow opening angle of 45 degrees. This expands the possibilities even further and makes it possible to use it as a flood light. More than 30 fixed colors are built into the program for the artist’s convenience.
The device has a modest size, only 38.5 centimeters in length, it is made of metal, has
protrusions-handles that help with transportation and installation, and provide
additional stability when installed on the floor. Narrow side frames help line up long
arrays to create a continuous effect.
Standard 3-pin XLR input and output are located
on the connector panel. Dual powerCONs are responsible for power, which ensures
reliability and speed during installation.
The stroboscope turned out to be very multifunctional and multitasking, a kind of Swiss Army knife, which can be used in almost any department – rental car, restaurants, night clubs, etc., almost without restrictions.
